TEI MC d.o.o. gives its customers quality service across five service centres: Belgrade, Banja Luka, Sarajevo, Skopje and Zagreb. The staff, trained at LiuGong, are equipped with quality tools and stocked with genuine spare parts.
For a machine to run reliably, every part of that system has to work well and last. Using genuine parts in preventive maintenance gives the operator maximum usable value from the machine, maximum productivity, and lower costs and downtime.
The relationship between a customer and TEI MC does not end when the machine is bought. That is really only the first step in a relationship in which TEI MC guarantees the customer maximum value. Working machines, like all machinery, need good and regular maintenance to deliver everything they are capable of. Making sure a customer has their LiuGong machine available at all times is precisely what our service exists for.
Service, fast and efficient, is available across the whole of Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Slovenia, North Macedonia and Montenegro — whether that means direct support, or advice and information.
The technical department and the complete support for TEI MC's LiuGong customers consist of three mechanical engineers who, together with ten service technicians trained at LiuGong, work continuously on improving technical support.
TEI MC has an 800 m² spare-parts warehouse in Belgrade, and further stock in regional centres such as Banja Luka and Skopje. If a part is not in our own warehouses, LiuGong has opened a large European warehouse in Poland from which we can supply parts relatively quickly.
TEI MC has supplied parts and complete crushing plants across our region for many years. We were the distributor for METSO MINERALS from 2002 to 2013. We have a large network of suppliers worldwide for the consumable (wear) parts of crushers — liners, blow bars, impact plates and so on.
