When a project demands maximum breakout power and perfect surface density, the LiuGong 6612E is the machine that delivers. This 12.2-tonne vibratory roller is engineered to combine raw Cummins power with outstanding compaction technology, making it ideal for building motorways, airports, dams and large industrial complexes.
The LiuGong 6612E is a roller that turns engineering plans into solid reality, giving you power and reliability you can depend on across every square metre of the site.
Power in Reserve for Gradients: It is driven by the proven Cummins QSB4.5 engine rated at 119 kW (160 hp), meeting Stage III emission standards. The engine holds a high reserve of power, ensuring stable operation even when climbing gradients and working the densest materials.
Deep Compaction of Thick Layers: With a maximum centrifugal force of 300 kN, the 6612E delivers the energy required for deep, even compaction of thick layers of soil and rock, sharply reducing the number of passes needed.
Two Amplitudes, One Pass: It is equipped with two amplitude settings (2.0 / 1.1 mm) and vibration frequencies of 30 to 33 Hz. This lets the operator match the machine perfectly to the material, from fine granular soil to coarse rock.
A Drum That Lasts: A working width of 2,130 mm and an impressive drum shell thickness of 30 mm guarantee exceptional longevity and wear resistance in the harshest working conditions.
Results on the First Pass: A static linear load of 34 kg/cm delivers outstanding compaction from the first pass, while the modern cab gives the operator excellent visibility of the drum edges and the surroundings.
Long Shifts, Short Stops: With a 200 L fuel tank and a hydraulic system using high-quality piston pumps, the 6612E is ready for intensive shifts with minimal downtime for maintenance.
